You don’t climb mountains every weekend. And guess what? That’s totally fine. Because you don’t have to be wildly exciting to have a blog people love. The truth? Your readers don’t need fireworks — they need connection. Let’s be honest — my life right now? Seven months ago, I had a baby, and suddenly my wild adventures became wildly different. No more spontaneous trips or hiking at sunrise. My current “travel” is from the living room to the nursery. O_O Or traveling to the kitchen to eat Nutella toast.. But here’s the thing — that doesn’t mean I stopped blogging. If you’re in a season of life where you can’t jet off or chase big adventures, or maybe you THINK your life is boring (trust me, it isn't), here’s how you can still blog in a way people want to read: But first, a word from our sponsor today :)
Now back to the tips! 1. Share your unique lens and turn the everyday into a story. It’s not what you do, it’s how you tell it. A teething night from hell can be just as entertaining as a trip to Bali — if you tell it with honesty, humor, and detail. For example, I often share my day in my IG stories, the highs and the lows, and my audience laugh and cry with me. 2. Share what’s real for you right now. My community hears how I worry about my weight (I put on 20kg O_O)and battle hard to exercise... only to eat Nutella sandwiches at the slightest opportunity ...and they relate. We humans often relate to similar challenges... it. makes us human! They also helped me design and pick vegetables in my new herb and veg garden! 3. Teach from experience. I often share how I dealt with a lack of boundaries or a lack of motivation in the past, and I relate it to NOW. 4. Repurpose your old adventures. I love recounting old memories and sharing old journeys with my audience of beautiful places I've been, they love it too! Example: my favorite place in the world... New Zealand! You don’t need to be climbing mountains right now to write something worth reading. Thats all from me today, thanks for reading! Aisha Preece from Outandbeyond.com P.S. I talk about these little lessons often over on Instagram stories — if you want more behind-the-scenes like this, come hang out: @aishapreece PPS: Ironically, after months of no travel, I actually DID travel to Ireland! i am currently here visiting family for 9 weeks :) So I'll share some pics My Courses:

Since I started my blog in 2017, the blogging world has evolved into a totally different place. For starters, Google cannot be relied upon as a 100% reliable traffic source, and AI has made it ten times easier to create content. This means that to stand out and compete in the blogging landscape, you need to do more than just write blog posts. Authenticity and trust are essential for blogging success nowadays. With these updates in mind, it's important that you aren't following and relying on...
Since returning from Ireland, I decided to kickstart my health and start clean eating. I am 37 and I have never in my entire life dieted or restricted my food, I've never needed to I've always been able to rely on exercise to maintain my weight However, since having a baby, I put on 20kg and exercise alone can't seem to shift it (It's 80% what you eat and 20% exercise, I reckon) I don't have the time I used to, so I can't spend hours and hours at the gym burning off excess calories I wanted...
I think I've been away from a corporate job for so long that I've become delusional. I was complaining that my numbers aren't where I want them to be, but then I remembered... But how many hours do you work in a corporate job ?? If you were like me 15 years ago, you worked around 14 hours a day, sometimes more. I would work through my lunch break and past 5 pm to avoid the traffic and head back at 8 pm, sometimes later. With this in mind, it's miraculous that my business is not where I want...
