Her Site is Now Worth USD58,000! πŸ’°

Hello!

Just want to share one of my students' blogs today so you can see it's entirely possible to grow and sell a travel site in 2025 and beyond.

First of all, here is her travel blog

I just love how her blog is simple and practical, but also helpful! (Side note - she's also a really nice person)

No frills or fluff, just straight-up practical, valuable articles and info

She decided to take coaching with me because her income dropped due to HCU Google updates, and she was more of an SEO expert.

She wanted a fresh pair of eyes and someone who could give her some guidance on growing Pinterest traffic

So we had a session, and I found many Pinterest topics I knew could perform well in her niche, and off she went!

This was ALL her hard work and dedication to stick to the plan. And to trust the process.

If you want to see the site valuation and maybe consider buying a well-established profitable site for yourself

Just wanted to share this slice of good news and proof that growing and making decent money from a blog is entirely possible in 2025 and beyond!

Please don't listen to the naysayers, or the people who say it can't be done. Find more people who are DOING IT!

Side note, I am thinking of opening up some consulting sessions in January 2026

If you’ve ever wanted to hop on the phone with me to get my advice, ideas, or suggestions on your business (or starting a business), your brand, your course, your newsletter, your money, your career, your life, or something else (maybe not your love life...)

It's going to look a bit like this :

You + me.
A cat hovering anxiously in the background
Over Zoom or the phone (you pick).
A hot cup of tea
To chat about whatever it is you’re stuck on.
For 90 whole minutes.
So you can start 2026 with a bang and get your money popping!

My full coaching + strategy plan last year cost between USD1,200-USD1,997 a session

My 90-minute consulting session will be USD497

I can only have three slots, because I have a baby, a whole husband, an anxious cat, and 6 blogs to grow myself O_O

So if you are interested, hit a reply here and book your slot!

Thanks for reading

I've just completed an intensive 5-day training program to become a corporate trainer. I've always loved teaching my strategies in my personal workshops. However, more and more companies have asked me to share strategies tailored to corporate clients. There is also a government grant in Malaysia (where I am currently based), which covers corporate training for companies, but I need to be accredited Anyway, the training was awesome. But one HUGE thing stood out Most of the people there had...

For years, I had a very specific dream. I wanted to work remotely alongside my partner. Two laptops. Flexible schedules. The freedom to work from anywhere. So we planned for it. We saved money.I built the blog business so it could support two full salaries. And eventually, we were able to take a sabbatical together. Around that time, I became pregnant with our daughter. It felt like everything had aligned. My husband left his traditional job and joined me in working online. We moved from...

When I had my daughter, I assumed the hardest part of running my business would be time. I was wrong. The real challenge was mental bandwidth (and energy) πŸ₯Ά Before becoming a mom, I could sit down and work for hours. Brainstorm content.Plan projects.Experiment with ideas.Pivot quickly. I could come up with an idea and execute the whole thing in one day because I had 8-10 hours of blissful, uninterrupted TIME Now my work happens in small pockets of time. Two hours during preschool. An hour...
